We were there about 4 weeks ago. Excellent reception, advice and sales. We immediately felt at home with Ms. Klöffel and quickly found what we were looking for. After just under 2 weeks, the piece of jewelery including the engraving arrived perfectly! We'll be back on our next visit to Hamburg!

It's always nice to be here: Outstanding specialist advice and expertise, very discreet, courteous and genuinely friendly - even with our little guests. Not to forget the great ambience and the overall simply beautiful atmosphere in which you are always welcome. We always feel at home in the Hamburg boutique and are already looking forward to our next visit to the number 1 Cartier contact point - for us a long way from Munich or Düsseldorf!
