Unfortunately, you also have to set up your online member account again, which is not told and where the individual steps to be carried out are not visible. Yes, I could have called, written e-mails .... But you can also just explain a few things more when handing over or send information about them online! Now, due to this online mess, I have not been able to extend my media in time, even though I would have been online completely on time and pay unnecessary fees! Thank you customer service !!!

I always find something to borrow here. The children's section is well stocked and the staff with one exception friendly and helpful. There is also a permanent "book flea market" in front of the front door. You can buy discarded bookshelves or book donations for little money. There is a copier.
