A big variety of whine, but you can actually also eat some chinese wan-tan here. These are really authentic in taste. Just be aware that they'll be very spicy unless you ask for them to be toned down

What an amazing discovery! I have been there two months ago for my first time. Torge, the owner of the wine bar and wine shop, and his lovely wife welcomed me very well. I have been surprised with the high quality selection of the wine. I did some great discoveries. I was as often as possible during my last two months in Hamburg. It was always a big pleasure to go there whether for a lunch with the excellent Chinese lunch food or for a glass of good wine. If you search good explanations and recommendations for wine, Torge is the specialist who can help you. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Awesome place with great wine selection and fantastic food. Very friendly service. A real getaway in the business centre of Hamburg!
