Excellent selection, top advice

Outstanding! I am a new inexperienced cigar smoker. The staff valued me and treated me with respect and gave me great help in finding my way around the jungle of cigars. I was brought closer to the topic bit by bit and many questions were answered. In Mittlerweiler, I regularly smoke cigars on certain occasions and am always surprised how well the team at Niemeyer can introduce me to new inspirations and tastes. I especially like the seating in front of the shop. Here you can comfortably smoke your cigar and be served from a wide variety of whiskey, rum and gin. Here, too, I was always given a very good recommendation as to which drink goes with my cigar. I was also given tips and tricks for storage at home. I wish I had more time to visit niemeyers more often.

Expert staff, nice service and an extensive selection of pipes, cigars and whiskeys make this shop a must for every connoisseur who is in Hamburg at the moment :)

Strong selection of cigars in a walk-in humidor and great advice!

Obviously enjoyed good advice and then bought an e-cigarette for about 30 €. After the first use, unfortunately, it was completely disappointing compared to my previous e-cigarette, as no smoke or vapor development was recognizable. Back at the specialty store, I had a long and tough discussion about taking the product back with a very disappointing result from the customer's point of view. Instead, no return was made to the manufacturer and the device was reluctantly accepted for return without a refund. Conclusion € 30 away no e-cigarette no information whether and when it would be replaced, basically no money returned. That is service below the discounter level. I would therefore not speak of a service-oriented specialist shop. It's a shame, because it obviously makes a good impression.
