It's great that there are also professionals in the business! Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of commissioning a very unqualified company beforehand. There was no transparency with the prices and my lock should be drilled open. The door was just slammed and not locked. I then canceled the order. I knew that it had to be better and got the tip from my neighbor with "Close the door - what now?" from the Eppendorfer Weg. A really good choice! The "lead story" was on site in 15 minutes and the door was opened in a flash, without damage of any kind and at a fair price! Recommended !!!

My key broke when I pulled it out of the lock, so that I could no longer open the locked door. As announced, Mr. Borchardt was on site within 15 minutes and opened the door again in no time. Unfortunately, the lock had to be replaced afterwards. Since things like this always happen at night or on the "weekend", a not exactly low amount of € 194 was due (Friday 4.40pm). In the absence of alternatives in lockdown, there was no other way. Simple and contactless payment via PayPal was possible. In addition, I was advised by him regarding the lock maintenance, since my door material is apparently a bit ailing. What I noticed negatively was that Mr. Borchardt did not wear a mask himself. However, he made sure to keep enough distance and avoid contact.
