After I locked myself out, I was helped punctually and professionally.

we had problems (Saturday evening) in our apartment because the lock was broken as it turned out. The emergency service was there within half an hour and despite the elaborate opening of the door, including the exchange of the lock and the weekend surcharge, only € 140 and a very friendly staff. Can only be recommended.
