Park Hyatt Hamburg

It's always a pleasure to visit Park Hyatt, Hamburg. Very nice hotel with a location that is hard to beat if you want shopping and sightseeing. We go there 3-4 times a year. Try it!

Very clean and comfy hotel and centrally located. I was traveling with my daughter and she was thrilled. Pool, restaurant and the room...all are outstanding.The entire staff are professional in their work and treating guests with respect and care. Total value and more than expected. Highly recommend!

Overall great Establishment with high quality amenities and great service. I think they did an exceptional job during my stay and they had all the procedures in place for a safe stay during covid. My first stay with Hyatt and it certainly made me curious about other destinations.

We came here for a long weekend for my birthday and enjoyed everything about our stay: the warm welcome at the reception, the clean and spacious room and the wonderfully scented L'Occitane amenities. A special shout-out goes to the breakfast staff who did an amazing job of providing excellent service despite having to adapt to the new hygiene regulations. Lars stood out especially since with his fun, friendly style and attention to detail. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful weekend!

A 5-star Hotel in a central location with a semi-tired staff that although was friendly. (Specially the young valley parking guy) The air-conditioning was not working properly and the bed was very small. The breakfast was very good though.
