Excellent accommodation. Near to Hamburgsud office. Main center

Very good! Even if the hotel is located directly next to a big street you hear nothing in the rooms. The staff is very friendly and always has a smile for you. Also really close to a lot of different famous tourist attractions such as Elbphilharmonie, Speicherstadt and the City. 10/10 would recommend!

Room is well sized and modern, and we were pleasantly surprised with a washing machine. Great pool/sauna/gym facilities. Restaurant/bar available in the lobby. Train station nearby and location is walkable to main attractions. Had to knock a star off due to people (presumably cleaning staff) entering our room whilst we were sleeping (waking us up) at 8am, and then again at 8:30am, on our day of checking out. Unsure why one would need to enter so early on the day we are leaving, especially as our room was unserviced during our entire stay (do not disturb).

Room was spacious and clean, friendly staff and delicious breakfast! Appliances in the room came with easy to understand directions. Perfect location as well. Would happily stay here again!

Stayed there on business, check in I found rapid, the receptionist checked us in two at a time which saved waiting. The room was equipped with a small kitchen, a big bathroom walk in shower and decent bed. Breakfast was buffet style, hot and cold/sweet and savoury (rated that highly). Drinks in the bar were reasonable for a hotel. People in our group used the pool and were happy with it. Underground parking available (do not know how many places available). Hotel was about 20 minutes to the centre, being autumn, it was quite dark, euro street lighting (not the hotels fault). Bar closed about midnight but drinks could be bought from a fridge at reception. Check out was quick, but we were the only ones leaving at an unreasonable hour, because it was before breakfast we were given packed one (ordered the night before). All in all a good time was had there, thank you Adina.
