IntercityHotel Hamburg Hauptbahnhof

A very nice hotel but I expected a little biy more based on the price. Maybe I am wrong. I heard Hamburg is more expensive than the rest of Germany and it really seems that way. The room was comfortable with a very nice bed, enough space and it was very clean. I thought breakfast was included which it wasn't, but I guess that's the booking website's fault. I liked the location and the fact that you get a free public transport card. I just missed the explanation of how everything worked.

***Not Recommended*** Go there only if you need the location for one night only They don’t have anything else more than the location! Air condition very bad, even the water for only one night and one bottle! however you pay the same amount for every night! staff not nice, no wellness room or fitness space! I am not recommend it

It is a hot summer month and the A/C is barely working

It's a nice and central placed hotel, the cleaning and seevice is really good. In the room you have a two persons bed, TV, fridge, shower and some really big mirrors. The breakfast here is okay, they got everything you need in a typical breakfast place. However the bar can't be recommended because they have a small variety of drinks and beers.

Nice basic hotel that provides a lovely service with a smile. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good car parking. Perfect location to walk around the inner city and the shopping streets. We can't rate the breakfast, because we wanted to try the local breakfast places instead. You can find many alternatives around the hotel.
