The room was cold when we checked in. While the bedroom part of the room was renovated it still felt like not entirely finished. The bathroom on the other hand felt like a communist country bathroom and as well as the temperature in the room, the water was cold (no hot water and we had to wait for more than an hour to get some). It was disappointing.

I had booked a stay for one night. I wanted to change the date because of covid-19. I am traveling from a red disdrict and i don't want to risk because of my work. They offerd me a voucher for 50% . I feel dissepointed. This is how they respond: Thanks for your friendly 1 point rating at Google. We are very sorry, but now we have no more option to offer you anything. The room is really comfy but the absence of an elevator and friendly staff made me decide to not return to this hotel again.

I’m sorry but the room was NOT clean. Found a destroyed bag of chips underneath the bed and massive dust. It had not been cleaned - in a while. The staff apologized and took care of it, they were friendly. Unfortunately I still have to make a bad review as hygiene and cleaning is and should be very important - especially in these COVID-19 times. Otherwise location of hotel was perfect. 5 min from shopping as well as train and bus right outside. The hotel is small and does not have an elevator but there is only two floors. The room was fine but small and you could hear noise from the hallway. We were happy with our stay but the cleaning situation is questionable and I don’t know if I would visit again
