Novum Hotel Graf Moltke Hamburg

was the worst check in ever!! Unbelievable, really unbelievable. Stay away from this garbage Hotel!

We made a hotel reservation for a full week, for 5 people for our company to join a fair in Hamburg. The fair was post-poned due to Covid-19 and the hotel refuse to change the dates of our stay. Even though they have the legal right to say no, I think this is extremely ignorant in these times. We will never choose to stay at any of the Novum hotel ever again after this experience. I would not recommend anyone booking a room at this hotel due to the level of customer service.

Central, you walk from rail station Hey! Presto you're there. Mind you it's Bahnhof area but the hotel is very good. Breakfast and restaurant staff, really nice. My single room was Single room but clean, shower/toilet enough for one person. All value for my money.

Nice hotel, Queen bed is actually double bed... clean rooms. Nice staff. Breakfast was good. If they can add some hot breakfast it will be great
