Goodwill is a foreign word to them. I ordered a cheeseburger and had to pay extra because I asked to get ketchup instead of the standard sauce. This is an exchange of goods that costs extra, I was cheekily told. The burger wasn't bad in the end even if the bread was way too hard. The fries, however, were undignified because any finished product tastes better. All in all I can only advise to stay away from this shop because the staff is rude, not at all accommodating to their customers and the food is completely below average!

Boycott the store for a lifetime !!! 2 crouque ordered. All in all it took an hour which wasn't bad. The driver threw the two crouques on my face and insulted me and immediately wanted the money! The reason for his action was because I called 2 times and wanted to know where the order went! Incredible!! This has never happened to me before! Krox customer for 10 years and now I would rather starve than spend 1 cent on you !! 0 STARS !!! 06/15: My claims are not wrong, since of course it was a few weeks / months ago that it happened and at that point the shop was open! It would be more helpful for you to accept the criticism and to train your employees better and teach them what it means to be customer-friendly than to blame customers. I would be happy to give you the name of the employee in a personal conversation. Therefore I will not take back my rating as it is the truth!
