Catastrophic (award a star, because otherwise no posting can be done, not even that is earned). Food has never been delivered on time on any day (in the case of delays of up to 1.5 hours), the hotline can hardly be reached and if you reach it, you will be fated with platitudes, but real help or at least helpful information will not be provided. And last but not least, the driver gets pampy if you ask for the reason for the (constant) delays.
