Mevlana Mosque Hamburg (Moschee)

MashAllah very beautiful masjid, prayed jumma here, it was a little bit difficult finding the entrance but it is next to the restaurants and then you have to go up soon stairs. There is no parking so we just parked in a payable car park next to the petrol station.

- The mosque is located in the first floor, the entrance is in the left side of the building (as displayed in the attached map) - Upon my coming, I was impressed by the organization and the cleanness of the facilities in the mosque, it contains: a cafeteria, toilets, ablution place, praying rooms for men and women. The place is enlightening, comfortable, and cheerful. - The Imam, sheikh Mehmet Yilmaz (in the picture) is a great man! A very polite, kind and amiable Muslim, he is the one taking care of the place, keeping things in order moreover, he is very warm and friendly to mosque attendees. Really one of the kindest people ever in Hamburg.

It is a mosque in shopping mall on the 2nd floor. The mosque picture posted makes you get lost as this is not a traditional mosque building. It is primarily attended by Turkish people and the khutbah is in Turkish before Friday sermon. People are friendly and the atmosphere is good. Timings are included in photos
