CinemaxX Hamburg-Dammtor

The theatre respected corona-rules and I felt safe in the theater. Besides that, our movie experience was less than satisfactory. The workers were rude, they were out of a lot of different food and drink options, and they didn't have a recycling bin for cans and glass bottles. The atmosphere created by the employees was one that was mostly unwelcome and not warm.

Expected more.. Place wasn't at all clean.. Specially the Bathroom. Allot of staff but mostly talking to each other. No upselling at any point. Watched tenet, sat far right VIP.. Speaker broken when adverts come on.. Not nice welcoming people.to come back to such places in these circumstances..

Very nice experience even in Covid times. Let's go back to cinema!

Nice place to watch a good film!

As always great. Good staff and nice groove! Sad we were sitting in 1st row but the place really made it enjoyable even when handicapped like that!
