There is only one star, preferably no star at all. So far everything has always been ok. Unfortunately, today I ran into an employee on the phone who was so snooty that words couldn't be heard. I come from a practice myself and know that friendliness (and yes, on the phone too) has to be a top priority. But that didn't work today !! This practice lost me and my daughter as patients. Because this lady advised me to go to another practice. Thank you very much, I will do that !!

Today I was in the practice with Mrs. Podszuweit. The reception was friendly, the waiting time was short and the doctor was nice. I had several concerns that she listened to in peace. She gave short, concise answers, but she took on all my problems and I felt that I was being taken seriously. I can't understand the negative reviews. They are doctors and not magicians ;-) I will also visit the practice in the future!

So this morning I was in the open office hours and actually "only" because of my kids. When the practice was full, I asked at the front of the registration whether I could also be examined, with my children as it were. So great and nice, of course. We were prepared for the long wait, but if you arrive early, you will arrive earlier. It's logical ..... The doctor was very nice, made a joke with the little ones, praised me for how well I used the drug on my children and treated us courteously and quickly (without long chatting and dawdling). He immediately knew about me and gave me two alternatives to treatment and also explained which one is better and why. We were done! Short but good. I don't want more either. The practice is just set up as normal "white / gray" and the children's toys should perhaps be a bit more complete and cleaner. And they have implemented the corona rules, we think it's okay. They are only human and do their best, especially after their vacation. ;-)

You gave the one star that I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes ... the rest was pure flop! When I arrived, an employee pretty much put her colleague down ... When I was brought into the room, I was asked why I am there and what is the cause of my problem !? Um ... if I knew I wouldn't have had to go there. When the doctor came I described my problem again. He advised me directly to the operation, gave me a number for a surgeon ... that's it. He didn't even look at my problem. After 2 minutes I was outside again ...
