I've been to a lot of gyms and studios in Hamburg and this is definitely the best if you're looking for professional, experienced trainers get the best results and make have fun doing so! I've been going for over a year now and I must say I'm addicted ;-) thank you Sportalive❤

The training with Maria and Joel is the best in all of Hamburg and sore muscles are always included. The two are really great and individually respond to one!

At the end of 2019, I decided to fundamentally do something positive with my very high weight, my diet and my fitness. Since gyms are not an option for me and constant professional and personal guidance for sustainable changes was very important to me, I finally came to SPORTALIVE in Hamburg. My request on the official website was very quickly and very friendly. Two days later I had a preliminary talk with Joel in the SPORTALIVE Lounge. The location is very easy to reach, flooded with light, friendly and offers exactly the quiet and somewhat away from the hustle and bustle that I imagined. Own parking spaces and showers are also available. Even towels and refreshing lemon water are provided. The preliminary discussion was very positive, despite my special request and the factor that I have not been active in for a long time, I was given very competent, human and encouraging advice. There was no trace of arrogance or prejudice, just very warm people who were happy to support and look for opportunities. They also inform and train themselves if additional information is required, as in my case. So far, I have never had the feeling that I was only customer number X, on the contrary, there is a very strong human component that was also important to me and that I feel is essential for long-term motivation and progress. Shortly after this positive experience, I signed a contract on very fair terms and started my training. In an initial check, the trainer determined in detail at what point my body was currently located and the training was geared accordingly. At the same time, I was also advised on nutrition, something that was very important to me. A lot of attention was paid to what is the current status for me and how I can easily improve it without having to change everything completely and being given requirements that I could never have implemented. That surprised me very positively, because it gives me the feeling that I can change it permanently. The training itself is human, professional and absolutely top-notch in execution. It is like going to good friends who still support you with great professionalism and professional knowledge to achieve your goals. And from the beginning. Especially in the beginning, where the changes were very noticeable and the effort, it did very well. Having someone at your side who knows your way around and who always tailors the training to your own person and is friendly and motivating is something that is indescribably good and makes these changes immensely easier. I personally can highly recommend SPORTALIVE! The location, facilities & the team are absolutely great and highly recommended!

Super team, super positive coaches, who do not demand anything from professional athletes but also motivate them to get the most out of themselves! Professional always up to date and with a lot of heart and passion in the matter!
