One of the classic car parks in Hamburg
Cheap and central.
Ok
I was always quite satisfied with the parking garage itself (an older, but well-arranged parking garage and a friendly older man at the cash desk). I cannot say this about the operator. After it had been rumored for years that the multi-storey car park should give way to social housing at some point (because it is so incredibly unfair that not everyone can afford to live in the middle of the old town), the multi-storey car park spontaneously closed a few weeks ago due to "technical Defects “closed. Inquiries from the operator did not bring anything, only empty phrases came back that you could not say anything exactly. And then, surprise, all long-term parkers were terminated almost without replacement. A solution has been found for the next 4 months (at least), but that's about it. A more open communication might have brought more understanding. So it just seems like a cheap excuse to get rid of long-term parkers, etc. Strangely enough, the workshop in the building has long been open again. I very much hope that the corner will not get dirty after the renovation of the building.
A very old parking garage.
Tariffs for a multi-day stay confusing. The box office was unmanned from Wednesday to Friday!?! According to the notice, always occupied during the day of the week.
So we could not use a special tariff or inquire. We paid € 40.50 for 1 day 23 hours 7 minutes. No cash payment possible.
The floor in the parking garage is currently being renovated, unfortunately no information in front of the entrance and not on the individual floors. So when we left the parking garage we had to drive through a VERY sticky mass with the front tires that stayed on the tires for a long time.
I give 2 stars because the location is quite good.
