Public paid parking lot (english below) Cost: € 1 per 20 minutes, max. 2 hours Charge: Mon-Sat. 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This parking lot has a total of approx. 70 parking spaces, consists of three parts that are separated by streets and is not wheelchair accessible due to the pavement. There is a disabled parking space near the consumer center. The parking lot is checked several times a day. Therefore, there are enough parking spaces from the early morning hours until around six in the evening. Often fully occupied later and on Sundays. Car-sharing hotspot (ShareNow, Miles, SixtShare) ENGLISH________________________ This is a public parking area in three parts divided by roads with appx. 70 spaces subject to charges Mon till Sat 8:00 to 20:00. - Charge 1 € per 20 minutes max 2 hrs allowed - Regular checks if allowed duration is exceeded - during charge times high availability - in evenings and on Sundays mostly occupied - hotspot for free float car sharing (ShareNow, Miles, SixtShare) - Area not suitable for wheelchair due cobblestone - one handicapped parking space close to "consumer advice center" How to pay charges: Go to the vending machine, insert coins, receive ticket, put it visibly on the car dashboard. Alternatively, tickets can be charged via the app - check the badges on the vending machine. Tourists may check the parking garage "Am Hauptbahnhof" nearby for long time parking. They offer a € 10 daily rate. This is way cheaper than hotel parking.
