Do not worry if you go to pick up your car after hours, just place your parking ticket in the payment slot and a door will open for a lift to take you to your level.
Driving out is the same , door will open automatically..
Convenient modern parking. It has enough space and it's possible to pay by card
Very good for parking close to Hafencity and Altstadt. Although the automatic doors are occasionally broken, so you are forced to climb the car ramp by foot :(
Avoid at all cost! Broken elevators, and paying machines. Wasted 35minutes trying to enter the parking lot and pay our ticket. ended up having to walk in by the car entrance and paying at a different floor on the other side of the parking lot due to the broken 1 machine on our floor.
