The worst parking I ever seen. I get in by mistake and had to pay 4,5€ for 12 minutes I was inside. 12 minutes I was inside because I was searching where to term around

I can honestly say this is one of the worst parking garages I’ve ever been to. To start with the layout is super confusing: when you drive up the (2 directional) ramps you have to take the left hand side for some reason to switch to the right hand side again to drive between the spots on each level (Darwin award nominee!) when driving out (after making the mistake myself of course) I saw at least 3 cars take the wrong side at first, after which they had to back up to take the left side. Then there are the spots. I drive a medium / small side suv (bmw x1) and I could barely get out of my car after parking correctly between the lines. Also the turns to the ramps are incredibly tight. I could manage with my car but I’m pretty sure a Range Rover for example would have to make a 3point turn at the beginning and end of every ramp. The overall state of the parking is just horrible: there is almost no lighting, the walls are super dirty, it stinks of urine, everyone can get in and out of the parking without any form of identification,.. For woman late at night definitely a big Nono! The facilities are non-existing, not even a toilet which didn’t surprise me, as everyone would be able to use it also homeless people or people with the wrong intentions. And last but not least, there is the price. 1 hour is € 4,30! I mean sure in other cities you might find even more expensive parkings but not in the state this one is in. This is a definite tourist trap!! Don’t go here. I’m pretty sure the 5 star ratings to this place were made by people who work for the company who owns the place! if you like getting mugged or car jacked however, this is the place for you!

Very well located in the center of Hamburg. Parking spaces are relatively narrow, as you can expect in such a facility, but it's easy to park nevertheless. The interior is well lit and clean. The staff was very helpful (in English) when we had a problem with the ticket machine.

Rip off

Go away! Expensive parking (4,50€/hour) for tiny parking lot. Once you approach the car to see the prices, you cannot avoid entering the parking and pay (4,50€ then), no free minutes.
