Alexander Höhne is a super competent and committed trigger point specialist who has already helped me a lot twice. He knows his way around extremely well, explains everything very precisely and in such a way that you understand it and gives you tips on what you can still do yourself at home. Apart from that, he was always a top contact for me when I had questions about my own training. Its treatment is not entirely painless, but the problem is really eliminated and as a side effect, you are significantly more productive in sports. On top of that, he's nice and personable, and the practice is extremely pleasant. Highly Recommended!

I've been a patient to Alex from time to time since 2014. All treatments were very successful with myofascial trigger point therapy. I always got an appointment with him very quickly. Great practice! I have received regular treatment over the past few years. Nothing helps me as well as the trigger point treatment practiced here. I feel in good hands here. Plus: Niels Abele is a very good alternative practitioner who is an expert in ostheopathy and TCM in the practice community.
