Unfortunately, I've been waiting for my motor vehicle letter for ages and I don't get it or help !!! With the statement - it was sent - the thing is done for them. There is no waiting for Mr. Schulz's answer, for clarification! I have been a very satisfied customer for over 20 years and really very disappointed!!

An oil change was unfortunately not possible within a week. On the phone, the employee has not even tried to find a quick fix. "This week is nothing, here everything is red", what is that for a customer service ???? Maybe the employees should also think and act customer-oriented on the phone. You do not have to go there anymore
