Postbank Finanzcenter

Horrible bank. I needed to make SHUFA-auskunft and on the phone they gave me 3 addresses of Postbank where I can make it at the same day. One didn't have machine working, one didn't have this option at all and third one required an appointment next week to make it. WOW. I'm literally speechless and will recommend all my friends never use this bad bank.

a PostIdent should take two days, finally the scanner doesn't work and you have to do it online via app. Why do you guys offer a service that you can't do?

INCREDIBLE, the employees work in slow motion, move in slow motion, and look lifeless, like weathered old pants in the gazebo .... For years only a few counters have been opened, regardless of how many people are in line. Visit the branch only in real emergencies! :-(

Changed opening times during Corona. That alone is of course not a bad rating. But mega long lines and frustrated, unfriendly employees do. Sometimes I was almost yelled at before I was told in an unfriendly tone that the QR code for returns did not work and that I had to fill out a parcel label. However, since Swiss Post is currently not putting out any pens (including unused and unused pens or the option to disinfect them directly), I was then able to leave after waiting 15 minutes.
