DHL Packstation 227

As per the information desk this center doesn't work there anymore

A normal packing station, which unfortunately is often used as a free alternative due to its proximity to the public toilet of the Europapassage. A little hidden, but a good alternative to get rid of parcels in the city center. As already described, the station is inside the Europapassage, on the 2nd floor, near the "Food Court", next to the public toilets.

Pack station easy to reach if you are in the city anyway. Parking during normal business hours only in the parking garage. Shipping usually takes one. Day longer than when sent through the post office. The station appears to be emptied / filled around 1 p.m. (on weekdays).

Safe and reliable. It worked well and is open as long as the Europa Passage. Could smell a little better, but is a parcel station.

Packstation 227 defective since 25.04.20 or not available. I have reported the problem to DHL. On April 27th, 2018 DHL informed about the repair and that the Packstation was usable again. Visited again on 28.04.20 and again or the station is defective. This is an important package that has been in the care of DHL for 4 weeks ... Not an isolated case here in HH, hence this review. Well done DHL!
