Never send mail here - worst service ever !! The situation is as follows: I wanted to send a book to Switzerland. I then commissioned this at this kiosk for a full 30 euros and also let the employee understand that this shipment was very important to me. A week later the book ends up in my mailbox again. It turned out that the employee 1. gave me the wrong form of dispatch (she gave me a padded letter to be sent, although a package must also be present when shipping abroad as a "package") and 2. the customs declaration ( which is so essential for shipping to Switzerland) had neither given me to fill out nor stuck on the padded letter. Very very annoying !! With such incompetent service, I wonder how such a kiosk can even survive.

Because of the bad reviews, I was very concerned about going here. Completely wrong: my book shipment was handled quickly, friendly and very competently. Again any time!

Friendliness is a matter of luck, real idea in postal products (postage, sizes, weights) unfortunately not available. Regular operations are not possible even after 8:00 a.m. (kiosk open, post office counter not, internet opening times incorrect). Only cash payment possible.
