The branch is very often (currently the 2nd time within four days) closed without giving any further reasons or even prior notice. As a customer, you often stand in front of a locked door. That is - if you want to pick up parcels etc. - more than annoying.

0 stars !!! The branch has been closed for several days. There is conflicting information about the whereabouts of the package, which is supposed to be in the branch. In addition, the Post / DHL does not manage to indicate online that the branch is closed. There is no help with the telephone complaint. No, I no longer understand that!

Incredible, I queue for 1.5 hours because the branch has been closed for days. And WOLAH no parcels can be delivered. But hey, I wanted to pick up my package too, and Wolahhh My package isn't there, it's buzzing somewhere in Germany nobody knows where it is, BECAUSE THE BRANCH OPEN AND CLOSE WHEN YOU WANT. Several contradicting opening times are in front of the entrance and cause confusion! No announcement of changes in opening times via the website. Very incompetent! That needs to change.
