I have repaired my smartphone with display damage here. When I got my phone "repaired" back, although the display was heal again, but something was wrong with the reception. The owner of the business dismissed any guilt and denied me the guarantee. Only against further payment he would look at my smartphone again. I am then to another repair service, which confirmed to me that the new damage to my smartphone was probably caused by the dilettantisch display exchange. Never again Phonecity !!! If I could give 0 stars, I would like to do that.

Mac repair / virus removal I had googled the address when I called by phone I was told I could bring the Mac over and pick it up the next day at 2:00 p.m. I brought the device over immediately in the afternoon. The device was infected with the Dataloadingnet virus. When you arrive in Schauenburger Strasse you enter a shop left a cobbler / right a counter with a few cell phones. I already had a bad feeling, professional looks different. Upon acceptance, I was told that removing this virus was not a problem. I can pick up the Mac tomorrow afternoon. I asked if I could get a repair certificate .... the answer was ... that is not common for us. Since I also use the device for my work and urgently need it, I decided to allow it there without an order confirmation or receipt ... but had a bad feeling. The next day I was back at 2:00 p.m. and hoped that I could get the Mac back without a pick-up ticket. The same employee was there and told me that he had loaded a virus program from Avira and the virus was removed. The repair costs 69.00 € because I wanted to pay by credit card I was told that you can only accept cash. I quickly went to the EC machine and got the money. I gave the gentleman 70.- € when I asked if I could have a receipt, I was told that this was not common. I didn't want a discussion and I went straight home with the Mac. When logging in, the message from Dataloadingnet came back immediately. The whole thing had brought nothing, it was just a four-way program from Avria loaded on the Mac, which was also unsuccessful. I called immediately and claimed repairs. On the phone the gentleman said I could come back tomorrow and he looks at the device again. Since I didn't have the time or trust anymore, I got myself decided otherwise. I found a company that made the Mac virus-free via remote maintenance. The costs for this were € 49.00 I called again and informed that the Mac It was repaired and I would like a repayment of the 70.- €. I was told that this would not be done but that the next repair would possibly meet the price. ..... Conclusion who goes into such a shop again voluntarily I certainly do not. Such business practices should be prevented. Issuing no receipts or receipts, mind you when I ask, is dubious and not legal.
