Emotion Spa

A friend gave me a coupon for my birthday. When we wanted to redeem it, we were told on the phone that the emotion spa was gone and they recommended a different spa. There is no compensation for the voucher or the money back! Mega disappointing! Instead we were recommended another spa that does not even exist in Hamburg ?! Outrageous !!

❗CAUTION FOR MYDAYS CUSTOMERS ❗ Vouchers are no longer accepted since the beginning of November, as the spa went bankrupt and you will not be informed by Mydays or the spa itself. Due to the bad reviews, our expectations were already very small, but because extra drive and you get to hear something, very disappointing! Not a nice experience

Sister institution "Elbspa" of the operator was closed in 2019 unannounced, contract terminated by the operator "without notice", my annual fee but withheld, on news is not responding, but my reminder notice contradicted. Currently disputed procedure for the refund of my fees. I find that absurd. :-)

We were in the EmotionSpa weekend and were incredibly disappointed. It should be a great wellness day, we have planned three girls. This spa is simply not recommended !!! For a price of 25 EUR per person is offered nothing. A pool with loud and raucous hotel guests, no relaxation possible! There is no rest room available, only two saunas, the one occupied with other loudly entertaining hotel guests in dripping swimming trunks and without a towel. Wellness factor = zero! After an hour we were disappointed and outraged and really sad that this day has gone this way.

Customer service is nil with booked and prepaid pedicure. The appointment was 'forgotten' and no one responds to calls.
