AVEDA Secret Garden Hamburg

I am so so happy to have found this salon and especially my stylist. She is so educated and talented, a true artist. Jacqueline fixed my color issues, treated my hair to some serious healing, and then blew my mind with the best blow-out I have ever had. I went into the salon just hoping for some advice and maybe a future appointment. I left with the perfect hair to walk right to my dinner date. & now, 1 week later my hair is holding up very well & I will officially traveling quite far to visit the only person allowed to make any decisions about my hair...thanks again J! I think she would remind me to thank the person that matched me with a stylist based on my needs and personality, and not just on who was available. So thanks to her as well! :)

Everywhere I lived, I’ve always chosen an AVEDA salon. This one did not disappoint! Dani did a great job with my haircut, and the end result matches the photo of what I wanted exactly. She listens to your request and understands right away what your looking for. I’m usually concerned about trying out new salons because I have really straight and fine Asian hair. She knew exactly what to do with it, and I walked out very happy. Will be back for my next cut!

First I have to say this barber shop is rather expensive, but if you want to invest a reasonable amount of money into an outstanding service and a perfect haircut, this is the place for you. Everytime I go there for a haircut, I always get greeted very nicely, they take my coat, offer me tea and chocolate while I wait and then take me to my place. When I get there the barber begins with a neck and head massage and then proceeds to wash my hair and (I think you know it from there). You can save a few bucks if you take Aveda's last minute discount, if you call on the same day you want your hair cut (and if the shop has someone available) you get - I believe - a 15% discount. The Aveda products themselves are of outstanding quality and all barbers know perfectly how to use them. The location is very good, just near the Gänsemarkt. Everyone is extremely friendly and if I may recommend a barber, you should go to Florian, he really knows how to cut your hair and is super nice.

Very relaxing and professional atmosphere. I will be back again. Excellent English speaking, making the experience even better.
