I'm not even sure if this is a legitimate company. I first had contact with one of them, then he sent an email with contract, but the name was so wrong, I emailed back asking him to correct it and sent it back, no response, I called him, not available, only his very unfriendly colleague told me he will leave a message on his desk to give me a call; never happened so the next day I called again and this time his colleague was downright rude to me so that I was stunt for a second until I realized ummm no I am not calling to beg for something for free, but to pay them to do their job. So after this rude conversation I gave up and moved on to search for a real company who is able to speak normally to their customers. This company is forever on my blacklist.

The company can be absolutely recommended by me! Agreement, pick-up truck and use of the elevator - from communication to deployment - everything was perfect! And as an additional service, the sofa was quickly unpacked with me, set up and disposed of the garbage. In addition, the gentlemen were absolutely friendly. I can only recommend the company and I would contact you again at any time.

I have often made use of Krügel. The customer service is always very nice, and all agreements regarding furniture transport are always adhered to. The employees are punctual, friendly and take their work very seriously. Everything is clean and stress-free, and the prices are great for that. I'm very satisfied. I am happy to recommend it!
