My first visit there. Open consultation hours from 9 a.m. Was there at half past eight, 4 patients in front of me. 30 min. Waiting time. Dr. Wenzel super friendly with smiling eyes (you can't see more with a mask). Thorough and careful examination with a detailed explanation. He took his time and listened. Nice modern practice. The receptionists are also very friendly and motivated. Good organization, it's easy to keep your distance. My recommendation.

My 95-year-old mother heard nothing despite the hearing aids. After I called Ms. Lindemann, I was able to come to her practice the next day without an appointment and Dr. Stiebel carefully removed ear wax. I am totally enthusiastic about the whole team.

Unfortunately we had bad experiences with the practice. You were treated with pain and discomfort completely derogatory. The receptionist didn't even talk you out of it.
