No star! Never again, not recommended! Appointments with Dr. Baumgarten. After the 3rd appointment, the diagnosis of attention deficit disorder was suddenly made. Not a word mentioned before. When he shared this with me, I wondered if we were talking about the same child. Mr. Baumgarten couldn't make eye contact with me, totally dismissive and agitated and then quickly issued a referral to the nearest doctor. So you don't feel that you're in good hands. My child felt very uncomfortable in the practice, no empathy from the doctor.

Unfortunately we were not satisfied. The waiting time was ok, the medical assistants were very nice. However, the examination table was dirty, full of dust and hair, and we didn't like the doctor either, but that's a matter of taste. She still seemed competent. Unfortunately, the practice was very overcrowded when leaving, usually no problem, but a no go due to the corona. Distance could not be kept in any way. The rooms are cool and uncomfortable. We didn't feel well.

Very good practice, friendly and competent!

Waited for lunch at 1h (despite appointment) with a 15 month old toddler. The little one with high fever diarrhea, sore bottom, hungry, tired ... After an hour we left without us even seeing the doctor. St. have seen. Very disappointing.

We are with the practice and dr. Baumgarten very satisfied. He always treated my child with patience and friendliness, no matter how much stress was in the waiting room. Basically, you did not have to wait long until it was your turn. The doctor looks very competent, has referred us in abnormalities to good medical specialists and his diagnosis was always confirmed by the specialists. I can recommend the practice!
