You have to award a star. I can only agree with the previous speakers. Corona posed a great challenge to all of us. How this company deals with it is unparalleled. Mails are not answered at all or with a very long delay without going into the original content. Nobody can be reached by phone since March. It doesn't get any worse !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will hand my case over to a lawyer and I will never book through this travel agent again. Anyone looking for a professional, fair and competent travel provider is definitely in the wrong place here.

Absolute cheek in dealing with cancellations. No availability by phone or email. I can only warn everyone against making a booking here!

Do not pay back the money we have already paid after the DanCenter has canceled the booking. No feedback, no calls possible. Impossible service. Never again DanCenter. Now everything goes to the lawyer.
