The four of us are interested in a train journey through Africa and have therefore ordered two catalogs (because two families) by telephone .... - the format when downloading was bad - after the postman didn't find any, we were at the post office and had to pay € 4.70 for each catalog .... what grotto-bad business practices in this company, to cash in with potential customers in advance ..... Don't bother booking a trip here, because such companies can be paid for everything ....

The organization of our daughter's year abroad was handled very well by our clerk at Explorer. Through other travelers, we not only learned that the total airfares, despite the good airline, were cheap compared to other organizations, but also that the support, help and accessibility in the Corona crisis was great. While other travelers never reached their travel agencies by phone / email, we were in constant contact with our clerk. Thank you for your commitment and we can recommend Explorer 100%. It became clear to me that I was better off with my travel budget of € 1,500 in another travel agency. I've never been treated so condescendingly. Even when I pointed to an offer in the price range, which was behind the older man who advised me, he told me again that he had nothing for me. The travel agency specializes in individual travel plans, for which of course you have to plan a bit more money, but that could have been said to me in a very friendly and direct manner. I am not a small child and not stupid but this conversation lasted 5 minutes, the advisor next to us just smiled at me. There was hardly any more arrogance left.

Very good accessibility and patience for individual travel planning. You take the time to find the best time and financially for the flights and I never have the impression that the patience of the employees is overwhelmed when it comes to making changes to the itinerary. Again and again!
