Booked a trip to Paris directly from the Solegro site. On 2.07 I receive an email from Mango Tours, travel booking is not deposited 😡 although it was booked. And you find out just before that this does not take place. unbelievable ... nobody can be reached by phone. Now Solegro found our booking but now it was canceled ... And you get that a few days before, even though you booked and enjoyed your vacation, really great!

Price Ok. Drive to Paris has pulled like a bubble gum. Hotel 3 * - was a 0815 hotel. email service, kp Unskilled workers or students , the emails do not read correctly. Departure Hannover-Paris approx. 13 hours. Return to Hannover , get off in Dusseldorf and wait and then with Flixbus on (what with my waiting and Transfer time? Who pays me?). Why did we have to change , because for 4 people too much effort. That's why they have us umwewicht ... avoid this travel agency .....

Super friendly employee on the phone. Online interface at booking and overall easy, understandable and intuitive. Super Since I have only booked and the journey has not begun yet, I can say nothing about "delivery and goods" yet.
