I can * unreservedly * recommend Ms. Voelkel and her team. Sure, there are waiting times from time to time - but in the past I understood that, especially since I (or my cat Phillippo, who was hit by the car) have already 'benefited' from the fact that emergencies always have priority. The doctor and team have always been friendly and experienced so far. From a technical point of view, I do not trust myself to be able to judge personally, as I have no relevant training. However, I can say with certainty that I always felt well advised and that the doctor always answered all my questions patiently. The practice is definitely not the 'cheapest' in terms of price, but in any case not the 'most expensive' ... if you look not only at the price, but also at the service provided, the practice is certainly one of the cheapest!

Ms. Voelkel and her practice team looked after our cat Coco, who fell out of the window and was injured on the head. Despite the late hour, Coco was treated and operated immediately and we were kept up to date. Ms. Voelkel and the practice team have a lot of understanding for concerned "animal parents" and have taken the time to answer our questions and acted competently. We can only recommend the practice.
