Our go to vet during our time in Hamburg. We have had great service here. They have treated our dog (Tigua) so well during our time in Hamburg. Staff is wonderful. Will miss them as our time in Hamburg is slowly coming to an end. Vielen dank!

I can * unreservedly * recommend Ms. Voelkel and her team. Sure, there are waiting times from time to time - but in the past I understood that, especially since I (or my cat Phillippo, who was hit by the car) have already 'benefited' from the fact that emergencies always have priority. The doctor and team have always been friendly and experienced so far. From a technical point of view, I do not trust myself to be able to judge personally, as I have no relevant training. However, I can say with certainty that I always felt well advised and that the doctor always answered all my questions patiently. The practice is definitely not the 'cheapest' in terms of price, but in any case not the 'most expensive' ... if you look not only at the price, but also at the service provided, the practice is certainly one of the cheapest!

Better go elsewhere in an emergency. Since the tape announcement of the emergency telephone service already told me that an additional fee of 50 € would have to be paid in an emergency and then gave me the wrong phone number for this practice, I had to search for the phone number via Google. To make sure that the practice is really the right one, I called there to ask. But before you get a confirmation "Yes, come over, we have emergency service". The practice would like to clarify several times that it will be much more expensive in an emergency and before you can set off, please reveal the data about yourself ... phone number name etc. (could not be clarified on site) The lady at the other end didn't even want to know what kind of emergency it was.

Dr. Voelkel was extremely nice, did not get out of the way, and was very attentive to me and my daughter. We got it right away. In addition, the price was absolutely reasonable (vaccination and hangover examination). Many thanks.
