Fast, competent and reliable help and support for my dog in acute cases. The vet and her friendly staff were at your side with advice, action and empathy, including medical follow-up treatment at a fair price. Definitely recommendable

I can only report positive things! Quick appointments, very friendly staff and a very competent and thorough doctor. The treatment prices are reasonable and not excessive! Clear recommendation!

Tried twice to get an emergency appointment with this vet. First about 2 years ago with a rabbit with a cold. Since it was a Friday, the vet "unfortunately didn't have an appointment, come by on Monday evening". Then I went to another vet who of course still had time and is now the doctor I trust. Today the doctor in the small animal practice Eilbektal has no time again with a rabbit that no longer eats. FINGER AWAY, if you like your animals !! Unfortunately, our vet is currently on vacation.

Update: Unfortunately, the practice was taken over again. The new doctor seemed very chaotic to us. Now we are looking for a good, competent veterinarian again. Dr. Mehler is / was a very competent veterinarian who has a very good feel for diagnostics. It's a shame he's now retired. Our cat had a bad bite wound and was treated very badly by another veterinarian (we, as owners, were told to do the complete cleaning of the purulent wound). After that of course didn't work, now there was also a fever and the animal was only exposed to more pain, Dr. Mehler took a quick look at the wound and immediately knew what to do. They then operated on, removed all of the pus, and treated the wound with penicillin. The healing was quick and straightforward. AND: We paid less here than the previous incompetent vet who refused to help us.

The reception is very friendly at the reception. However, the doctor wanted to vaccinate our puppy and spoke very negatively about breeders, although they also have years of experience and ours really well informed. The doctor cut the claws without asking, which was not yet necessary. She scribbled the vaccination certificate with her signatures in advance in order to bind us to her. That is not how it works! We did not like the visit and we are looking for a new veterinarian!
