For me, by far the best vet practice in Hamburg. Miss Dr. Westphalen always takes a lot of time and is very loving and patient. The practice team always has an open ear - all in all great👍👍👍

The dearest and greatest doctor we know. She listens very well and is fully involved with the animal. And you can also get to it spontaneously.

The vet is super empathetic. She takes time for her patients and tries to cause them as little stress as possible. Then there are the short waiting times. The best vet I've ever been to. Many thanks!

Due to a second meeting / treatment with Ms. Dr. Westphalen been. Really great team. My hangover was treated very well and Dr. Westphalen explains what is going on with the animal and what treatment options are available.
