Hey everybody, this vete is among the best we have seen. They took care of our dying dog in the last Minute, he could not be saved but they gave us time to grife in the room with our loved friend, a last goodbye where we finally sa he was gone, he now rests in a 🌹 garden. Where we can feel him smell the roses. NEXT another actut situation in a Saturday evening our second dog hade Puke and diarré for the third day, after a phone call we imiditly got appointment and becuse of Corona economy was bad, so they did not charge extra cost for weekend, they gave us better price on dog medicin then online!! 🐕🦴🐶💊⚕️🩺 thank you 🙏🏻

We had an emergency visit and Dr Tina Grimm and her staff were really professional and reassuring. Our German language skills are not that good but Dr Grimm spoke great English. Reasonable pricing for emergencies.

Due to a condition of my pet, I am coming here around once a month since I moved to Eidelstedt (February 2017). I have never had a single bad experience here. The staff is great: polite, helpful, knowledgeable... The place is bright, clean, and well equipped. Services are very fairly priced and never done without your approval. Moreover, the veterinary doctors themselves keep careful track of the pet's record with each appointment and speak perfect English (very important to expats like me).
