When I asked for an appointment, my fears and worries were taken very seriously and answered in a friendly manner. At the appointment I felt very well advised and also in good hands ..... even with my very wild hangover (blind) the doctor managed to give him the anesthetic thanks to her calm manner and just as friendly assistant. I can recommend this veterinary practice with a clear conscience 👌
