Unfortunately, the costs are not handled transparently here. You pay the bill on site and expect that you have paid all costs. Afterwards you will receive another letter with an invoice which increases the costs of the examination again. If you call the practice, you will be told that this has been communicated and that you yourself are probably too stupid to listen (of course, in an exaggerated way). That the fault can lie with oneself is out of the question.

I got two cats in July, since then I've been at this veterinary practice and not only get the best advice, but also get quick, spontaneous help (also by phone). I highly recommend this practice. In addition, this practice is located in the residential area, easy to reach for everyone in the area. The prices are justified and my cats don't feel stressed or anxious even after the vet visit.
