Perhaps acceptable for a backyard workshop with tires and oil changes. As far as what has been agreed and what has been observed, the gentlemen sit on a high horse. First promise everything and once the car is in the workshop, different rules apply. Were not able to hand in the car ready to drive and too proud to accept help from outside when asked to do so. SURVIVAL ONLY WITH THE HELP OF TRADITIONAL CLIENTS.
