I love Rossmann

Already with my last purchase there I was made so unfriendly with a normal question that I bought the product in another shop. Today one of the employees bumped into me and didn't even apologize. Basically, the staff is not very friendly and helpful. This is definitely not how customer service works!

Unfortunately, we have had more negative experiences, regardless of the business. Assortment is good, but the staff are not exactly friendly and accommodating. If babies muckle, a saleswoman asks you to leave the shop because other customers feel disturbed. The other customers have made their purchases. Babies mumble or cry because they cannot express themselves, if crying or mucking is a problem, then I think that one should not sell baby articles.

Not only in Emsdetten but in 3 stores in the area. Special offers as currently milupa follow-on milk are not known at all and / or know absolutely how it works. Why do I as a customer have to explain to them what the offer is? Are not the employees informed? But as written, that has been noticed in all branches I visited

Staff is not friendly and unmotivated. The offer goods should be on the shelves at the beginning of the campaign.
