A star that does not aim for work, but only for the service.
I have to admit, I was 9 minutes late because I was wrong in practice. Unfortunately, the appointment was no longer possible ... so no waiting periods, not one second between appointments.
Well, every practice has to decide for itself, whether something close to the customer or not remains an open question.
I also wanted to make a new appointment immediately, because I was not there for fun. Here were but 5 Euro cancellation fee due.
Okay I was 9 minutes late because I was wrong in practice and should now pay 5 euros ....?
Could I understand if someone breaks his appointment and does not answer. But in such a situation, I found it rather inappropriate and cheeky.
Well I have now found a new practice and will now take my appointments there.

Nice that you also respond to criticism and I also see, of course, that such a practice must be clocked tight to earn something.
It was not about the 5 €, but about the handling of the situation.
So you have a potential new customers scared and also get bad criticism.
But for the great feedback I will adjust my 1-star rating to 3-star, as this is not always self-evident.
