Friendly, competent staff who give detailed advice and respond to the customer or the dog. Even with difficult dogs that need a harness or the like, they are treated super friendly and the owner is well advised. It is a bit cramped in the shop, which makes it difficult to rummage through with several dogs or larger dogs. But all taken together, can only be recommended. 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

I wish my cats were here and I could buy them from the delicious food in this store. . .

At the door you are greeted with an unkindness. Once upon a time it was much better with qualified staff. We have been regular customers for a long time, but that is about to change. We never attracted any negative attention either, but we were stupidly turned on by an employee.
