I was explicitly referred to Dr. Grass recommended in a very difficult Matter. It was an extremely complex and rare topic, which concerned tax, inheritance and company law. Just finding "someone" who can cover all these areas competently turned out to be difficult and is given here. Through his excellent advice the cause could be solved satisfactorily for all concerned and at short notice (because urgent) !! Mr. Grass proved to be a great "support" technically and morally with his calm, well considered and very reliable way. There was a trustworthy exchange at eye level, as I rarely experienced him. The hourly rate is certainly in the upper segment; However, considering the almost always tax-relevant component, this is to be relativized strongly. Laws are limited in their effectiveness because they can not regulate all the nuances of human relationships. And it is virtually impossible to control any interaction of people who are close to each other, especially as sometimes offensive acts are sometimes within the applicable law, but can be morally reprehensible. Because of this, it is more difficult for a "legal advisor" to solve such a topic. To see the big picture and still find the best possible personal solution, Dr Grass has done brilliantly in this case with competence and empathy. For that I would like to thank you again.
