Super nice receptionist and super super nice lady who helped with the mistake that the main tax department made, thanks to whom gave her the job, she really fulfill her place as a person to help people by guiding them to the correct steps and information

Today I made a quick and short-term appointment with the tax office - the lady at the front desk was very helpful! Ms. Röhr, my contact person for the income tax equalization, was super friendly, took the time to answer my unanswered questions and entered the missing data for me! This is exemplary customer service :-) Keep it up !!
