I've been here for several years and I'm totally satisfied. Very friendly and helpful. Great service and the best possible result are at the top here. Excellent! :)
This treatment is not necessary as a potential customer. Appointments are made, you stand in front of a closed door and then the lady insults you because you supposedly have an appointment at a different time. It's good that there are alternatives on the same street.
Unfortunately I did not have any good experiences with the leader, Mrs. Keferstein. Although I gave all the documents carefully and wanted to hand over to them, they rejected the assumption with a customer-friendliness, vulgo "Pampigkeit". So I had to go to a tax lawyer who could help me friendly. Due to the rejection of my tax documents, I can not recommend this Steuerring office by any means.
Ms. Keferstein is an absolute disaster, the service is a disaster. I can only advise everyone not to become a member here. Zero stars, actually.
I switched within the tax ring because I was given the prospect of a reimbursement in advance from my previous tax advisor in Bonn that did not begin to arrive.
When the tax return for 2016 came the hammer. I haven't even received the amount I would have received if I had done it myself.
Since I didn't get an explanation from my old tax ring advisor, I made the decision to change the care office.
When my file arrived at Ms. Keferstein, she found a mistake in the tax return for 2016.
As the processing for the tax office was not yet completed for 2016, Ms. Keferstein appealed. This objection was accepted. Mind you everything without paying another contribution.
I am happy that I decided to switch.
Ms. Keferstein takes the time to answer my questions.
